So this thing is big!Now that being said it's honestly not as big as I thought it would be!I feel like the photo in the sales listing is a bit misleading on scale, but the reality of how much you can put in this pot is staggering when it's in front of you.Like most shipped products these days, there is a bit of assembly that comes with this - and that assembly can be frustrating at times, however it's not terrible. The instructions are just.. fine and the reality is once you have it together it seems fairly sturdy.I've had this in the backyard next to my grill for the last few weeks and every time I've used it I've been happy I had it! Depending on what you're planning to cook (or fry) make sure you have an extra propane canister on hand because this puppy is gas thirsty!Overall very happy.

Finally got a reason to use this this past weekend. We deep fryed a turkey and it was DELICIOUS!Everyone ate a ton of it, said how juicy it was, and we had a ton of leftovers for the week. Job well done!
