Gotta say most coffee warmers available on Amazon just don't get the job done. This one, however is awesome. The *very* large heating surface fits my large mug with room to spare, whereas most others have a limited surface area. Adjusting to the highest setting (176 degrees) not only keeps my coffee warm, but actually heats up a lukewarm cup. Stop shopping now and buy this one, you won't regret it.

Works great, keeps coffee hot, love that you can use large mugs. If the bottoms not flat just put a coin in the middle and put the mug on top. But be careful the coin will stay hot for a while!! LoL

I bought two of these one for me and one for my coworker , I love mine love the different temperature setting , love that you can set a timer as well. And I’ve noticed it has an auto shut off so that’s awesome incase you leave it on for to long and didn’t add a timer. Great value for your money. Easy to use.

This has become a household necessity for us because 1) I need a way to heat up my drink without waking up my partner and 2) it keeps the queso hot. Haven’t been patient enough to use to to temper chocolate but it definitely can!

I usually drink about 80% of my coffee then I forget about it, then I pop it in the microwave which is disgusting but does the job. This eliminates that. While my coffee didn't get hot for about 30 minutes, it's perfect for my specific use case because by then I'd of drank most of the coffee anyway. I leave it on the plate and thus I don't have to keep getting up and heating in the microwave. So I don't mind the wait because by the time I'm ready for another sip it's nearly piping hot. I am a very clumsy guy but so far have managed not to burn myself, as long as you make sure to unplug it when moving, or carefully hold the sides and not touch the very clearly marked HOT SURFACE DO NOT TOUCH, you should be fine. If you burn yourself on something like that this is so clearly marked, then you probably should not be using it. Lol. Buttons are very responsive and do not require heaving touch press or input, simply gliding of the fingerprint will suffice and the device will respond.

I received this coffee mug, warmer a couple weeks ago, and have been extremely happy with it. I have seen other coworkers with something like this on their desk years ago and have always meant to purchase one, but just kept forgetting. Can’t believe I hadn’t gotten one yet, since I am a chronic tea drinker. I am now completely spoiled, and I’m able to enjoy a hot cup of tea throughout the day. I absolutely love the timer feature, so I can set it to turn off In two hours, four hours, six hours… All the way up to 12 hours. The various temperature settings are wonderful, as well. Not a crazy expensive product, for the convenience and comfort that it brings. Yes, it does get very hot, but that is the point. I just put it at a spot on my desk where it will not come into contact with paperwork or other things that would present risk. Works well for any ceramic type mug. I assume a glass, coffee or tea mug would work fine too, but not sure. Hopefully the product will hold up for a reasonable amount of time.
