Have had installed in my 2021 Forester Base and so far working perfectly. Will move it to 5 star after a year. Hate the stupid Stop/Start feature on new vehicles, saves 0.2% in fuel consumption. Rough on engine, battery, and driver.

I have hated the auto/stop function on my car. My battery was replaced very early because of this function.I installed this switch and now I’ve had no more restarting issues!Easy install as well

Watched a couple of videos of people installing this device, so I had a pretty good idea of the steps required. The sections of the center console popped right out and the harness connector was easily accessible. It only took a few minutes and the "auto stop" button was no longer a problem. BTW: this device does not come with any paperwork or instructions, so watching some videos is a must.

I didn't know this item was out there but my Highlander was driving me crazy with this stop start. This fixed it and also save the battery. Great Product.

it works and is huge help improve engine life and I don't have to remember every time to turn it off myself.After the engine starts, after a second or 2, it will show off. it's a must have and is of good quality. Could have been a bit cheaper.

The installation was super easy, but the car still cuts off at stop lights or when you stop. Thought that was the reason for this. But when you plug it in, the button no longer works either, so I’m here having to take the car back apart to get the part off to return.
