I do runs in the desert with other Raptor owners. Just slips on. Looks clean. It should help keep the filter cleaner when running through the dust. I know it'll affect my mpg. But it does provide an extra layer of protection

This fit my Volant Cool Air Intake for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Designed for larger debris filtration. I definitely recommend it if you off-road frequently. Well worth the extra cash.
