My daughter is a volleyball player and wanted to work on her serving skills, so I thought this trainer would be great for her. Unfortunately, this product isn't as advertised and doesn't appear to actually be for volleyball aside from the palm balls that help you keep your hands in correct form. The included instructions are for football aka soccer and all parts advertised weren't included. Maybe we are just missing the whole point, but this doesn't seem to be what we were hoping for. If this is for multiple sports then I would think the included instructions would identify how to use for each. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product and will continue to search for a better solution to help my daughter in her training.

No drawstring bag included as was in listing. Trainer comes with Football "soccer" training card. Did include palm protector balls for each hand supposedly for volleyball.Originally bought for oldest who's learning the basics of volleyball.
