Works like a charm. - Although Plug and Play you will have to go to settings and selct the microphone for the mute button to work with MS Teams using PLT HW520.

I had an older plantronics call centre headset that I wanted to repurpose. I decided to give this USB to QD (quick disconnect) cable a try and it works great with my Windows PC without the need for additional drivers on Windows 11.I like the length of the cable, it’s long enough to stretch around my home office and is thick for the many tugs, twists and turns. The quick disconnect is a perfect fit. What I like most is the mute button along with the volume controls within the palm of your hands. The red and green led lights let you know if you’re muted or not.

I ordered this to try as we are thinking about switching to softphones. This worked flawlessly with all software.After the trial, I realized this also works great for diagnosing headset issues. Much easier to use this than to initiate a call from our physical phone
