The control knob froze up and would not select gas flow..after I removed the valve for inspection this is what it looked like after3 months!!! The metal was breaking down and the TUBE CRACKED!!!

It fit perfect was nearly identical to the one I took off. The standpipe may or may not have been a different length as mine was corroded off and broken others mentioned running out of fuel at 60 miles, so I shortened the pick up tube to compensate for that while saving enough for reserve, it worked wonderfully after the first rotation of the switch. It’s nice and smooth.
