I’ve been using the VTech Baby Monitor, and it has exceeded my expectations! The video quality is crystal clear, even in low light, making it easy to keep an eye on my little one. The 5-inch screen provides a great view, and the battery life is amazing—it lasts much longer than other monitors I’ve tried.The signal is strong, the setup is simple, and the monitor is reliable with no lag. Overall, this is a high-quality, user-friendly baby monitor that I highly recommend to any parent!

As others have noted, this baby camera is easy to set up and use, has a very bright and large screen, and compared to our wifi cameras, is lag free. But what is not noted is that the system adds considerable 'noise' to the 2.4 GHz frequency used by most wifi systems. Its not enough to shut down wifi connections, but it was enough to add lag and instability to our mesh wifi. Took me a while to figure that out, despite baby cameras being a well known issue for wifi connectivity, as the system was still working. But eventually, I was able to identify a sharp increase in the noise levels across the 2.4 GHz band when the baby camera and receiver were turned on, and loss of that noise when they were off. That is likely an issue with all 2.4 GHz baby cameras, not this brand or model alone. The only baby cameras that seem to avoid this issue are those that use DECT technology, which operates on a different band entirely. Shouldn't be an issue if you don't use wifi, but watch for this if you do.

اخترتها بسبب حجم الشاشه و عدم احتياجها لاتصال انترنتحجم الشاشه ممتاز جدااانقاوه الصوره بالنهار ممتاز و في الليل مقبوله و واضحهميزات جميله جدا من موسيقى للأطفال و ضوضاء بيضاء و قياس درجه حراره الغرفه و مستشعر الحركه ممتاازه جداامدى النطاق قليل و اقل من المذكورمع الأسف بعد استخدام سنه فقط البطاريه انتهت تنطفئ بعد اقل من ٣ دقايق من ازالتها من الشحن

If you had an older wifi based vtech monitor(the smaller one pictured) get this now, super easy set up. Our older model was a nightmare to set up, very finicky, signal was spotty at times. I frankly was worried about how much of a pain this was gonna be to set up. Open box, plug in all cameras and display screen. That's it ... It will set up in under a minute with zero input(man, what a relief). Cams have a big antenna and a little dongle kinda antenna. For me, I had a previous vtech monitor that I unfortunately spilled tea all over and torched it out, but the new cams fit the exact same wall brackets(it comes with new ones but I just popped them into the old ones). Comes with little velcro loops if you need cord control. Comes with 1 ac adapter, but that's fine .Works great , very happy. Screen if anything is almost too big, but thats in comparison to being used to the smaller one for a year. Haven't had it long, but battery seems fine, will update if battery starts getting lousy.(11/27/24 right now)Thanks for reading and I hope you have a splendid day!

The monitor is one of the worst on the market. The first thing that failed was the battery. After two months of use, it took a long time to charge, and when it reached 100%, it would drain very quickly. After three months, it only worked if I kept it connected to the charger. By the fifth month, it stopped working altogether. It’s a shame because, due to its size and resolution, when it worked, it performed very well. I have two babies, and it was very useful for monitoring both rooms. The price seems excessive for the poor quality it has.

This is a good monitor. Great quality pictures and easy to use as a parent to two kids. It works on WiFi and it does connect even when I am by my neighbors house. The features work as expected. I gave it 4 stars just because sometimes the battery runs low or it turns off on its own. But I have been owning it since I gave birth to my second born. I used to have the single camera than I had to buy the dual one to avoid carrying two monitors. I recommend it but be aware it might get old within time of use

I am very satisfied with this monitor.I got this product yesterday and so my tests and review are based on a short period of time.The screen is big and the resolution is great. You can see your baby’s face details and expressions very well. The sound, movement and temperature alerts are working great.The reception range is also great. I live in a two story apartment built from blocks and concrete, and the parent unit has no issues in receiving signal from the camera from a second level.The power adapters are rated 100-240 volts so you can safely use them in Europe. I live in a country that use 220v and connected the adapters through US to European power socket adapter, and everything works great.I like the fact that VTech pays attention to small details like adding a small Velcro style band to hold the power cord when not in use.The only downside I found is that the baby unit (the camera) doesn’t have a build in battery like the parent unit. So it always has to be connected to power via cord.And other small thing is that the minimum temperature alert can be set to 20c max. For example I want the alert to notify me if the temperature falls under 22c, but I can only set it to 20c max.

I loved this monitor. The picture quality is amazing and the size of the monitor is great. I love that I could move the camera from the monitor and not have to go into the room and do it manually. Unfortunately a year into having it the monitor didn’t turn on anymore we purchased the 2 year insurance Amazon offered and was really easy to work with. I signed in online and put in my claim they replied quickly with a n email and sent me a pre-paid shipping label so I can send it to them and they refunded me the money for it.

Love the no WiFi feature, it's very simple and efficient. The remote music feature to help soothe baby is great. The image quality is perfect. There is about a 1sec delay but otherwise nothing is wrong with it!Update: this monitor has been running since Feb 2022 non stop without issue. The camera is getting a bit hot.Still running non stop, Jan 2024.

Searched for a camera forever. I have horrible internet so i needed a no wifi camera and this does the trick! No problem with battery or picture. I over rotated it once but shutting it on and off fixed it. Sound isn't terribly loud. No complaints here
