I just got this and put it to use right away! We used it for towing small 4 wheel vehicles out of mud and pulling small trees out of the ground. The large hook is great for tugging on roots, especially if you put a tire right next to the root so that the chain goes over the top of the tire and then down to the root so that when you tow the other end with a vehicle, the chain pulls the hook straight up.
