These are very comfortable. They hold everything in without feeling too tight. I love the drawstring that makes them adjustable. Perfect for weightlifting, HIIT training, spinning, yoga, and just a nice spandex to wear under a dress.

I thought these are going to be high waisted like the ones that I ordered from the Nike company. However the waist band rolls and it’s very uncomfortable. If I wear them again it would be just to sleep in them but I won’t wear them to work out at all ever again.
