Our garage fridge was getting frost in the freezer section (and was way too cold at -20F) and the fridge section was too warm (46F). The evaporator fan wasn't running so bought this as a potential fix. It was an easy install and the fridge is back to functional.The fan is noticeably louder than the old fan - but it's a garage fridge, so it's not a bother. We'll see how long it lasts, but for the price I paid and ease of install it was well worth it.
