cheaply made, definitely not up to wac quality. Could not unscrew one of the canopy’s anchor and one spot dangles and cannot be aimed since spot head not attached to pivoting nuckle.

I have this in my home office on a dimmer and have had no problems at all. I can angle and point each light where I want it.
