There is a lot of room in the body of these waders to layer clothes, but the neoprene feet are definitely a more snug fit. That said, if you don't need to layer, unless you are carrying a lot of weight, there will be a lot of extra material. I sized up for height but the straps were much longer than I expected; they do adjust downward but it was a surprise to find something that actually was as large as this.Multiple large pockets which is nice. Not sure of the longevity yet.

I tried two other waders in the "try before you buy" program, and settled on this one. It was lighter than the others I tried and had more features.I did a water test by going into a pool for 10 minutes, and didn't have any leaks. I realize that's nothing compared to a few days in the river, but better than nothing.I wear a size 12 shoe and the neoprene feet fit great compared to the other two, which were both huge. There's enough room for a good pair of socks, but not too loose. The seams all looked good and I liked the material and color. It had a lined through pocket and center pocket on the front, and a waterproof flip up pocket inside the chest. It also came with a repair kit and a plastic waterproof pouch, that I don't think I would trust.I would normally wear a medium, but the boots were all too small. However I like the room in the large, as I think the looser it is, the less strain on the seams when you're moving around, and therefore less chance of a seam leaking. And the extra room allows you to wear whatever clothing you want from hanging commando, to a snow suit.The only issue is the elastic shoulder straps were WAY too long. I shortened them as far as they would go and still had to take 8" out of them. I'm 5'11" and these seem to be made for people 6'5" to 8'9" tall. It didn't warrant a drop to four stars, but I'd call it 4.5 stars so far.I'll be using these on a 7-day fishing trip in September so I'll give an update after the trip. Update: I wore these waders 10-12 hours a day for six days fishing in Alaska. I had zero leaks. They were very comfortable and had plenty of room to layer clothes underneath. Half the day was in a small skiff where I was sitting and kneeling with them, and the other half of the day fishing streams.

I needed breathable waders for a 6-day fishing trip in Alaska, and these were near perfect. I spent 6 full days in the water with these and didn't have a single issue with them. They were comfortable, never leaked, and the pockets were a great bonus that I used more than I expected. I only have two small critiques. First, the hooks for attaching the waders to your boots were not curved enough. The first couple of days, my waders kept unhooking from my boots, so I'd end up with boots full of sand and pebbles. I was able to bend the hooks so that they hold better, but still had a few issues. A better hook would be nice, but be sure to check them before you first wear them and bend that hook a little more if needed. Second, as was noted on another review, the shoulder straps were way too long. I'm 5' 11", and even at their shortest, they were still a little loose. Otherwise, for the price, these really can't be beat!

Got these on sale for just over $50. I’m 6’1 230 size 13 shoe. It’s just a tad too tall for me but I’m going to keep them for when I take my friends out. No leaks or anything, hand warming pocket is very warm and comfortable. Chest pocket is decent. Nice cheap waders. THEY DO COME WITH PATCHES!!!!Update: After about 5 months they failed completely and soaked through.

At first, I was looking for backup waders for when I went upstate NY to fish the Pulaski River. This isn't an easy task you have to walk the river sometimes to find and fish and you'll face tons of obstacles if you are as daring as me. I just don't walk along the bank I get inside and walk through fast-moving water sometimes water reaches my chest. So what I'm trying to say is this wader held up excellent. The details in this wader are worth every penny from the strap that closes the chest, to the three integrated pockets that aren't waterproof so make sure they're not opened. The belt worked great and the foot cushion was also really good. Overall these will be bumped up to my daily use waders. One thing to note I didn't put these to the test of time so I'll come back after a year of use.

I am a fishing enthusiast and I like to fish in the creek. This waterproof suit is of good quality, light to wear, and has strong waterproof performance. The trousers and feet are one-piece, so I don’t worry about water seeping into my feet at all. The reflective strips make people feel safer fishing in the water, and there are many pockets, which can hold a lot of fishing tools. It is recommended

This fishing waders material was tough and durable. I wear it to my fishing trip over the weekend. Its perfect fit was little room to move my body. It is as advertised the product is waterproof. I like the pocket in front is a great design and easy to access. Overall, I like this fishing wader. Can’t wait for my next fishing trip.
