I sent this to my son in college and he loves it! He cooks waffles once a week for all his roommates. It doesn't take up much space which is hard to come by in the shared apartment and it makes great waffles!

first of, if you follow the instructions about how to put the batter in, your having a huge mess, so we cut back on the batter and still had a huge mess, we cut way back on the batter and still had a mess, the product is not even a week old, in the trash it went

We eat waffles at least 4-5 times a week so we have a lot of experience with various waffle makers. This RotorMond waffle maker is fantastic. We don't use oil or non-stick sprays and our waffle never sticks. Sometimes the overflow might stick a little but it is minor. I find cleaning the unit very easy to do, especially when I wipe up any spots quickly. This makes the smaller grid waffles, not the large Belgian type waffle. I was hesitant to try this model because I haven't heard of the brand before but we have been very pleased with our purchase.

The waffle doesn't get crispy. The plates don't get hot enough. However the customer service was excellent and I am very satisfied.

I wanted to find a waffle maker with removable plates, but then I realized that I might end up losing the plates when continuously taking them off and putting them back on. However, I found a waffle maker that doesn't require removing the plates because the waffles don't stick to them. I absolutely love it! The maker is a little large.
