Bought as an alternative for my pinecil V2 running the latest firmware. Whereas the tip that came with the iron holds a temp very well, this tip as making the shown temp jump wildly around anywhere from 10-50 degrees outside of the set temp.Cannot recommend for pinecil

The tip included with my iron had a needle tip and wasn’t hot enough for my style of soldering. This tip retains heat very well and the chisel tip is exactly what I’m used to in other irons.

Bought this with a description of a set of 7 tips, received one. Never heard back from Amazon or seller regarding the misleading ad. Other than that, tip worked fine.

Better quality at cheaper prices can be found if you search around. It does fit the pinecil iron well, heats up fast, and shipping was fast and free.

I love this tip. It is the best all around tip for what I use it for. I mostly build drones, but I also work on phones and laptops. I also have the super small tip for phones and computer boards. Would totally buy again.

I got this for my soldering iron and the original tip it came with had issues with the end tip not being hot enough to melt the solder. This tip definitely is easier to melt and solder. Absolutely recommend 100%.

This is the tip that should have shipped with the pinecil. It's tapered so it's thin if you need small things and flat on one side if you need a wider contact
