I had a chain muffler shop install a cat on my 92 Jeep YJ, the tech didn't want to remove the skid plate and just cut the old cat off taking the mounting flange for the cat with it, fast forward 100k miles and I need a new cat. I purchased this down pipe to return my Jeep to stock configuration and install and OEM style cat, the pipe is a perfect fit and I was able to fix all the exhaust leaks created by the chain muffler shop at a fraction of the cost of purchasing the pipe from the auto parts store.

This bolted right up to my 89 wrangler yj 2.5 liter. It does not come with the hanger but that's easily fixed by making or buying your own. Also my yj's O2 sensor goes directly into the bottom part of the exaust manifold outlet so there was no need to drill a hole in the exaust pipe for fitment.

The only reason it even gets two stars is the fact that it actually fit reasonably well. Bends are crap and the welds are crap.

Fit perfect, only hiccup was drilling the hole for the O2 sensor. Watch that you don't damage the welded boss's threads when drilling.
