Can't make a claim on fit, because I had to cut and fit to a welded in cat. But once I made the "adjustments" it works much better than the old rotted out pipes. If you've still got direct fit under your car, this is a great cost saving part.

The fit and finish look good, although perhaps not as good as the Subaru part. I had some issues getting this to fit to the rear cat converter. The flanges seemed to be slightly rotated out of alignment, perhaps by ~5 degrees. See my review on the other Walker components for the '97 subaru outback for more details if you are replacing other parts of your exhaust.
