the muffler fit perfect to the WALKER pipes ...... did not fit like original muffler so had to change to all to walker ( this was indicated on original diagram) The muffler arrived with one end damaged from shipping i will be sending in a picture of damage roland

This is not for a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer . This does not fit at all !! So therefore not a good value for the money . I would not recommend buying it .

It doesn’t direct fit a 2007 explorer xlt. The diameter of the muffler ends is around 2 1/4 inch the oem pipes are closer to 2 1/2 inches.

I got this to replace the obnoxious Flowmaster I had on my explorer. So nice to have a quiet stock sounding exhaust again!!!
