Having the name Walker on it, I thought it would be a good product. That is not the case. The radio will turn off all the time on its own. The muffs have a clock setting that constantly gets deleted which turns the radio off. You will have to stop what your doing, set the clock, then the radio will work again. Give it 30 seconds and it will do the same thing and shut off. Buy a different brand, don’t waste your time with these.

My primary use for these is for the Indy 500 to listen to the broadcast at the track. Worked like a charm. At no point were they uncomfortable. Only took them off at the green flag to hear the cars and to chat. Great product!

Great product! I bought these to wear in the gym. I tried a lesser product but, the reception for radio station I like to listen to while working out would be lost as I moved through the facility. That was not a problem with these headphones. Reception was sharp and clear throughout the gym. I use these while doing yard work and general work around the yard. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that the earpieces were a little tight on my head.

I received the Walker earmuffs and used them the same day, while mowing my yard. It blocked out almost all of the mower sound and the radio sounded great!! I had the volume on 1 and was very comfortable with the sound. For me, the fit was very comfortable and could wear it for awhile.

Walkers is a quality manufacturer and has definitely knocked it out of the park on this one.The AM / FM feature is very easy to use and program. It comes in a blister pack and the cord necessary to connect to your audio jack or phone for MP3.The quality of the product is evident by the feel and craftmanship. It is very comfortable to wear and keeps the noise out while allowing you to hear the radio station of your choice.Best Value for the money, and the volume works great.Would highly recommend this product.

Whilst I use them at work to cancel out the sound of tools and what not and they work for that fine but using the radio as that is what I wanted them for is crackling most of the time with every step I take and very poor reception quality.

I bought myself a new set to replace an older one and I'm well pleased. I even ordered another set for a birthday gift.Pros - Well made, reasonable price, works great, excellent volume.Cons - They are very tight on the head, but are some better if you extend the rods out (not in the instructions).Description - States AAA batteries but mine are 2 ea AA.NOTE: With the clock always on, I expect the batteries may have a shorter life.

I purchased these about 2 months ago and love them. I have read a few reviews that say the headphones are to tight or start to hurt after a little while but I have yet to have this issue and I wear them for about 3 hours at a time. The get great reception and have no problem at all with hearing what I'm listening to over the noise of my lawn tractor. I also plan on using these at the shooting range when I go. At first I was concerned with the battery life due to the fact the clock on it is always on but 2 months later and the batteries are still going strong. I have recommended these to a few friends and would to any other consumer. Would definitely purchase these as a gift for someone.
