Nicht empfehlenswert, hat gerade Mal ein Jahr gehalten, dann traten Knackgeräusche auf- daher war das Headset dann nicht mehr verwendbar.

Eigentlich ein gutes Headset. Lässt sich gut tragen. Habe es hin und wieder benutzt, wenn ich telefoniere und die Hände frei haben wollte. Leider hat das Headset nicht so lange gehalten, wie mein vorheriges Marken-Headset.Nach nun einem Jahr versteht mich die andere Seite nicht mehr. Habe es an mehreren Telefonen versucht. An allen Geräten das gleiche Problem.Schade! Deswegen nur 2 Sterne!*** Update November 2024***Der Kundenservice hat mir angeboten, das Headset zu Erstzen. Top Service!!Deswegen doch 5 Sterne vergeben!!!!

Der Kopfhörer tut was er soll. Die Lautstärkeregelung hätten wir nicht gebraucht, es gibt aber auch andere Telefone ohne Lautstärkenregelung. Das Kabel ist für unsere Zwecke mit dem tragbaren Telefon viel zu lang und somit störend. Der Tragekomfort ist leider nicht gut. Die Größe ist für eine Hutgröße 54 zu groß und leider nicht kleiner einzustellen. Der Gegenhalter am Bügel ist äußerst hart und führt durch das Klemmverhalten schon nach den ersten 5 Minuten zu Schmerzen auf der Kopfhaut. Die Sprach- und Tonqualität ist hingegen wieder sehr gut. Insgesamt aber dann doch nur Durchschnitt.

Thought we had a great headset to use with our Panasonic phone. Sadly, after just over a month, it stopped working. Unable to hear anyone and no one is able to hear us.UPDATEThe seller sent a replacement headset. Very helpful customer service. The new set is working great.

I work at an answering service & have been remote for a good long time now. I used to look for the cheapest headsets as I always had to replace them every 6 months. A colleague told me about this headset, so I gave it a try. Man I was surprised that I could hear callers so much better. This headset lasted a good long time & then I couldn't hear anyone. Contacted the company & without any problem the headset was replaced. Great customer service is a key when you are purchasing a product. I recommend this headset hands up. Do not buy the Panasonic KX-TCA30, NOT WORTH IT...

I would highly advise against purchase of the product. It worked decent for about 4 months, then started to provide very loud and constant feedback that overwhelms everyone on a call. Attempted multiple troubleshooting steps and it simply will not stop the loud, painful feedback. I am throwing it out today and will try another, as I would expect more than 4 months of lifetime from this product.

I bought this headset to connect to a Panasonic cordless phone. I was trying to replace an old headset that broke.I like that it has a volume control and a mute button, which helps during conference calls. The first couple times I tried this headset, it seemed ok and people heard me clearly. Then, the next time I used it, there was a lot of static and people had trouble hearing me. The next time, it worked ok again. Then it was mostly static the next time. It has a 90 degree plug, and it's almost like the angle or direction the cord is facing affects the sound quality.

For years I purchased a similar Panasonic model and have thrown many in the trash. I need one to keep the kinks out of neck while being hands free to use my computer, iPad, etc. Tried this one just to see if something different would be better, and was pleasantly surprised. This Wantek headset is a much higher quality and functions better. Nice long, heavy duty cord so you won't knock it in the floor just by turning your head. Sound, comfort, and functionality are excellent. I don't believe you can find a better unit in this price range.

I purchased this to replace a Plantronics headset that was perhaps 10 years old. This unit is heavier than the Plantronics, about half the price, and more sturdily fabricated than the other. I thought I might not like it because it's heavier, but the extra weight is not noticeable while being worn, however the extra weight gives the impression of durability and ruggedness. The sound quality incoming is excellent, crisp and clear, and those (whom I asked) said the outgoing was the same. The manufacturer refers to this unit as a "call center headset," which is an indication of why it's so strongly built. The price is right. I plan to buy another.
