Can this product heat food to boiling?
1.The IERZRA warming plate is primarily designed for keeping food warm. The heating mat is primarily crafted to maintain food warmth efficiently. Due to power limitations(300W), it is not intended for boiling food. If you need to bring food to a boil, we recommend using high-power appliances like induction cookers or microwaves.
How should heating pads be stored and carried?
2.The heating plate is made of nano scale flexible silicone, which can roll and bend freely for easy storage, making it very suitable for family gatherings or outdoor use.
Can this silicone heating pan be used anywhere?
3.To protect your desktop, our heating pad has special heat dissipation protrusions on the back. we advise against extended use on surfaces such as glass, plywood, or plastic that are less heat-resistant.
How long does it take to heat this product to 100°C-120°C?
4.The heating pad adopts the heating principle of electric wire, which can produce heat quickly. It can reach 100℃-120℃ in 3-5 minutes, which takes only half the time compared with other products.
Why did the temperature of the warming tray surface not reach 120℃ (248 ℉)?

This Warming Mat is light and portable. It provides great range of warming temperature modes and timers. I am definitely buying a second mat.
