Just wanted to leave this review for others that might want to know this as well. I can confirm that this does fit the 2024 Yamaha Grizzly. Just follow the paper instructions and installation is a breeze. You do not have to remove the existing plastic bash plates, but you will need to make 6 holes into the plastic bash plates.Another thing is that it came with an interesting part shaped like a square "C" that attaches to your existing plow kit, and it actually helps you bypass the winch hook by clamping onto the wire itself, allowing you to raise the plow higher for better clearance. However, the J bolt itself, used for clamping the winch wire down, is very weak and got bent backward easily, so I had to get a thicker replacement J bolt from HD and drill a slightly bigger hole for it to fit. Hoping that does the trick!

bought this Warn mid mount bracket for my 2022 Yamaha Grizzly 700 xt-r. very well made and dimension accurate. I took the mud guards off before reading the directions and found out you can leave them on. Put them back on and drilled the holes through the guards (it works well if you follow the directions) and bolted it up. Good fit and very solid mount and the mid mount plow is very solid when plowing even in heavy wet snow. the weight of the plow still makes the front of the machine to drop and it would have been alot worse with the front mount. really impressed with all the parts of the Warn system except the plastic fairing piece on the plow frame.... (and the aftermarket steel fair lead fixed that) ... would buy again (everything arrived well packaged and in great condition...

It was going to cost too much to convert my mid-mount plow to front mount so I opted to stick with the mid-mount and installed this plate on my 2021 Yamaha Kodiak 700. Works good, easy to install, strong construction. I was surprised how high I could lift the blade as the Kodiak has a lot more ground clearance than my Kawasaki did.

The Warn website wasn't clear if it was the right part, one page said through '19, another said through '21.It fit my '21 just fine. Instead of holding the plate up and marking the hole, I found this process much easier.Start with the rear holes by the foot peg brackets. The plastic guard on the ATV measures 14 3/4" across. The inside of the two holes on the plate are 11 5/8". So about 3" difference. Measure in 1.5" from the outside on each side of the plastic guard. Then drill the holes. The U bolt drops right through. Tighten up the nuts on both sides.Then drill holes in the plastic guard for the front U bolts through the holes that are in the plate. Much easier than trying to hold and guess where holes should go.It took me about 30 minutes to install, but would only take about 15 now that I figured out how to do it by measuring first.

Everything as expected. Very heavy duty unit with everything fitting as expected. Installation is not too bad. I would recommend that it be test fitted by holding it up where it will go to ensure the placement is good and the u-bolts will go around the frame without causing other issues. In my case I removed a couple of the skid plate bolts so I could pull it down enough to ensure the placement was going to be good.

Works great for mounting plow but not as big as the skid plate I had to take off. I'll have to make another skid plate to protect the rest of the bottom of the engine.

Perfect fit for my 2014 Grizzly. Very easy to install. Be careful when drilling holes through the plastic skid plate, nicking the paint may lead to exposing the metal frame and it rusting.

I've been using this all winter on my 2014 Yamaha Grizzly 700 with no issues. Nothing has become loose or caused any sorts of problems. Again, solid plow mount. Definitely the strongest part of the entire plow assembly.
