I received the Contactor Block that is in the first picture. I have a Honda Foreman 500 with a Warn Vantage 3000 Winch.I have a plow hooked up to this winch and when I was pressing the button to drop the plow all it would do is make a clicking sound and after awhile it might lower the plow. I ordered this Contactor block and replaced my old one and it now works perfectly.

cooked the old contractor trying to drag my Rzr out of a deep hole. we escaped the ditch but next time I went to run the winch out all I heard was a sizzle under the seat. got this replacement shipment was super fast instructions were very clear and detailed enough to allow me to wire in a after market rocker for the winch control. took me longer to get the bolts out of the old unit than putting in and mounting the new one super simple swap out I am very satisfied :)
