The dogs smell good and feel soft and clean after using this. I've tried several shampoos regularly and honestly, they're all pretty good. My main concern is the ingredients, which all check out as far as I can research things online. Scent is a personal preference; I like this one because it's neutral and mild.

I use this on my adult Lab's face when I bathe him because he loves to roll in horse poop and get his head stinky. Ugh. I don't have to worry about getting soap in his eyes because this shampoo doesn't bother them at all. I try to avoid getting soap in his eyes but its impossible not to when I rinse his head.

My dog is sweet and gentle and never give me any trouble when bathing her. However, shampoos with any fragrance make her sneeze, so I was a little concerned about this one too. I am delighted that this did not cause her any distress. She allowed me to clean her without sneezing. It lathered well and even when I cleaned her face, she did not try to turn away, as she does if the shampoo distresses her. The shampoo rinsed easily and when dry, her coat is so soft and silky. The shampoo in the bottle has a fragrance like a baby product, but is barely discernable after the bath and she does not mind that. Which is nice. I do not like her smelling of flowers or fruit or other fragrances. This one is pleasant.

For years I have bought brands of shampoo made for human babies (to bathe my dogs) because of their tearless formula and their very nice baby powder scent.I was so happy to find this pet product that gives me those 2 features (tearless formula and baby powder scent) with other ingredients that are friendly to a dog's coat and skin.This is very nice shampoo with good moisturizing ingredients. It makes nice lather, smells nice, and best of all will not burn if it gets into my dog's eyes.This is a great product that I will keep using for bathing my dogs.

The Warren London 2 in 1 Puppy Shampoo and Conditioner is a great addition to my list of products that help me keep an active white shaggy dog looking clean and smelling fresh instead of like a wet dog. The shampoo helps me to easily remove the dirt and mud our pup seems to find every where. The conditioner makes it easier to brush him while he is drying. Our pup also has sensitive skin - this shampoo and conditioner is great for that! He hasn't reacted to it at all - and he gets his feet washed at least once a day.
