I took six deer this year with these broadheads shooting through a crossbow shooting 400 plus feet per second all other broadheads did not fly well compared to these even other mechanical broadheads. Wasp is a great company, still made in Connecticut USA

Have been using these broad heads for years. Take two or three deer a year with them and they have never failed. Great service, fast delivery.

my first kill with this broadhead, WOW! blood trail was like the freeway, entry and exit wound were as promised, 1 3/4 inch hole. my deer went about 30 yards and dropped dead. I will be using these in the 2021 hunting season. this is my 2nd revue of this product and I'll say it again, a very solid well made (in the USA) broadhead.

Arrow opened in flight from an xbow that shoots 370 fps. First shot was fine but second opened and hit 10 inches off at 30 yards. This happened with new set of double O-rings not the originals that vanished from the first shot.Might be fine from at lower fps bow but I will never shoot these again.

They are .5 gn heavier than a field tip....I will finish this when It stops raining...And either give them one more star or take away one...But people wonder about sighting a bolt with them on....I've got one ready to fly when it stops raining....Will finish later....shot my first buck with these yesterday. At 40 yards off a wicked ridge the bolt went straight thru and lodged in the ground. Heart shot from a stand. Buck died about 15 yards away. I didn’t notice much of a difference between the entry and exit holes using one band. The head was open but it may have opened when it hit the ground. I would have thought it would exited with a much larger wound hole. Hmmmmmm. Comments anyone.

I will NEVER buy another company's broadhead again. About 10 years ago I switched to WASP. I started with the Bullet fixed blades, then graduated to the Jak-Hammer mechanicals, and now I'm shooting these Jak X (which are basically identical to the Jak-Hammer). Believe me when I say I've tried dozens of different broadheads (Muzzy, Rage, Cabela's, NAP, Swhacker, QAD, G5, Rocket...etc) since I started hunting archery in the 90's, and I have no need or desire to shoot any other broadheads again. These do the job, fly straight, and inflict massive damage to deer...even on bad shots! You can get replacement blades if you trash the set that are on here, and they're relatively easy to change. I changed out 3 sets on the Jak-Hammers I was shooting prior to buying these. Oh, and did I mention they're made right here in the USA. I'll gladly pay $30 for a set of these to support Made In America. With WASP you really do get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and make the switch like I did, you can thank me later. Happy hunting!
