I thought I was purchasing good quality pool weights based on the online reviews. Not! Not only are they super soft styrofoam, but one of the barbells had a slice in the foam and a small chunk out of it when I received them. You ALWAYS get what you pay for. If the price is cheap, so is what you are purchasing.

These water exercise items are great. They took longer to arrive than what I expected and the condition of one was somewhat bruised but they still work OK

These are still light but obviously heavier in the water once they absorb etc.. I'd say they are medium heavy and the give a decent work out in the pool. You can also rest them in your armpits and float or do legs in the deep end
