we used these all the time the are good for water aerobics or just to float in the water with they are soft foam and they are cute colors i got the pink and a green set.

I bought these for use on my swim spa for exercise. They are larger than expected, which isn’t a bad thing. It just makes it harder to pull down. But that is good. It gives me a great workout

IHad older ones that were not working my arms these are larger and really work arms in water

These weights are light weight out of the water, but once you put them below the water they are very heavy and give you a good work out.
