I loved the color and the feeling of the wrap in the water but out of the water it was hot and it was SO tight. I returned because it was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend.

When I got this I wasn't sure about how good it would work because of the thin material. But it is quite well for the summer time the other ones I have are thick fabric and we're way too hot this one even has holes like in basketball shorts so it is a very breathable material and wonderful for the summer time. my daughter was in it a lot when we went to the beach and made it easy for being hands-free to carry other things very comfortable and kept her secure.

I am using this with my 1 month old at the pool and for showers when he is too fussy for me to put down long enough to get my hair washed! It's easy to put on, secure, and comfortable. I was a little worried about it not being stretchy enough for me, I'm a decently thick body type, but it's plenty long enough and roomy for my chunky baby! Definitely recommend. I plan on buying one for my friend who is due soon also!

The idea is great but the actual way that works isn’t. Because it’s a cloth material without any stretch in it when you are submerged in water the baby drifts from your body and and cloth slips away from there but my and floats. Also getting them positioned right so they don’t slide out the bottom is a trick. They need to keep their knees up but a squirmy baby doesn’t alway comply.

I use ring slings all the time, but for some reason this one was tricky. It's more narrow than what I'm used to, and the material made it slip on my shoulder so that it was uncomfortable. I think that would be the case with any of these mesh ones though.In the end, it's exactly what I needed to bring my 9m old to a water park while being able to play with my toddler. It dried fast, and we could go right back out again. I took off a star only because of how narrow it is. I had a lot of trouble keeping my kiddo fully supported because of that.

Being constantly around water and in the heat all the time, this ring sling made it easy for me to enjoy the water while holding my daughter who can be pretty clingy. It is easy to get on once you get comfortable with it and figure out the best way for you and your child to be comforable. It does seem to limit the movement of the arm the ring is on but still allows me to have two hands when i need them. We have also taken this to the them parks during the summer and it is much cooler than our traditional carry that we have. My daughter is 27lbs and sits very comfortably in this ring sling. Also fits perfectly into my diaper bag and has a convenient bag to roll itself into.

Pros:1. Very affordable2. Breathable3. Washable4. Great for water use5. Relatively comfortableCons:1. Like other reviewers said this has potential of being too slippery when wet2. For a newborn I wouldn’t use it for complete hands free wearing - it’s not supportive enough.What this would be great for is a little extra hold for carrying baby on hot days or when you are at the beach or pool and want to get your feet wet. Just as a little extra but not for complete hands free wearing. Also helpful when kids too young for sunblock as an additional sun barrier. Good buy though!
