Got it. Put it in and refreshing that the handle does not pop off. The plastic is much studied than my original. That one had a crack. This one stays in, turns and the previous would lose the handle. Here’s hoping it continues to work as well. It had been in for two days but works like a champ.

I don't write many reviews on products, I typically just move on and don't purchase again if I am not happy with it. However, this one has repeatedly had the same issue, so before anyone else buys it I thought I would give our experience.Bought 3 of these baskets at the same time in December of 22'. All these plastic baskets are cheap, so expected it to break over some time, which is why I bought 3. We haven't even opened the pool yet for 2023 and I just put the third of my baskets in, as the first 2 already broke in the handle area.Short version, if they get much in them at all, they suction cup themselves into your pool. No big deal, they all do that. But these don't have enough meat in the handles to get the baskets out and emptied. The handle pops out of the holes, or break the ends off, before it will pull the basket out. This has happened on the first 2 baskets, which were not stuffed full, and I fully expect it to happen on the third. Which is why I am on here now ordering a different brand of basket.All these plastic baskets are cheap, but this one seems to be the bottom of the scale as far as overall quality. I would look at a different one, or expect to buy a lot of these to get through a typical pool season.

Fits my pentair in ground pool cleaner. The plastic basket handle needs to be handled gently when removing to dump debris or it will break at the basket connection like my last one. In effort to find a more sturdy solution, I ordered 2 other basket brands and they didn't slip into place as good as this one. Check your pool equipment manual for recommended basket replacements before buying.

This is more robust than the product it replaces. I expect it will last longer. My two previous baskets bent over time.
