This is a very well made canvas product that I understand is sold as being for log carrying however I utilize it almost weekly for carrying six gallon packs of water. It is very rugged, the sizes perfect, it is easy to use with a large storage capacity and is very reasonably priced.

After shoulder surgery I needed a way to pick up my 20lb dog with one hand, this worked perfectly. As for carrying firewood, couldn’t tell you.

We've all been there, buying a bundle of firewood and tossing it in the trunk before a camping trip. First, you get shavings everywhere and then at the site, it can be a long walk without an easy way to hold the thing. This solves both problems, this makes it so convenient and clean to carry your load and get to relaxing sooner.

This arrived very, very flat and vacuum-sealed. I was expecting a slightly thicker canvas, but this should work and last us for our needs. Plus, it folds down to be compact when not in use, which is awesome.Right now our wood pile is down 2 small-but-steep hills and, having a smaller arm-span, I can't take much wood per load in my arms as my honey can...but now I can with this carrier! It's nice that it mitigates (to a degree) the amount of wood debris that's scattered around after bringing it all in, too; I can just scoop it back up and take it outside to dump.I think $20 (at time of purchase through Vine, 10/25/24) is reasonable for the thickness/fabric and quality. I'll update if the handles give out or anything else happens with normal use.

I've used many firewood carriers in my life and this one is okay but I would not use terms like heavy-duty or durable to describe it. In fact, I would say the best feature of this particular product is that it is lightweight! If it's made out of waxed canvas it's like no other waxed canvas I've ever come across. Often in life, you get what you pay for. That's the case here. This is a very inexpensive log carrier and it will work for this purpose. I wouldn't expect it to last for decades or take a lot of abuse like my old LL Bean carrier which is made of canvas so thick I still cannot bend or fold it easily after thirty years of use. Stiff as a board is the description for it. On the other hand this product can be folded up and easily stuffed in a rucksack which could be handy if you need a carrier to use at a walk-in campsite.
