Not sure why these knobs didn't work right out of the box, but my husband had to add bushings to make these knobs fit our stove.

When one of the knobs broke off of our gas stove, we ordered a replacement from a different vendor. It wasn't even close to fitting so we had to return it. This time, we ordered a five-pack from this new vendor and it fit like a hand in a glove. It's good to have the extra knobs. If another one breaks, we'll have an immediate replacement. The knob looks identical to the original one. Delivery was prompt and customer service contacted us to make sure everything was fine with this order. I would use this vendor again if the need were to arise.

I recently purchased these knobs for my stove, and unfortunately, they have not worked as expected. They don’t fit properly, and I can’t get the burners to turn on. I would not recommend them. Definitely looking for a better alternative.

Arrived broken. The weight in the knob had fallen off three out of the four knobs. I superglued them back together. Good product, small inconvenience.

Only 3 in the package that advertised 4. Quality assurance needs to perhaps be stepped up. Iknoistakrs can't always be avoided. I have been trying for months to get knobs that fit.

We didn't install these right away so we are unable to return them, but they are too loose and don't have sufficient tension to depress the shaft to unlock it, therefore one can't turn the burner on.Update: I wasn't anticipated it, but I was contacted by the vendor, they asked for additional information, and they issued a refund. I am pleased with their customer service response. Rating category changed from 1 star to 3 based on good customer service.
