Nicely made. Easy to fill up but it doesn't slow eating too much. Easier to eat out of than a net but nicer to handle and use for people. I use a double sided clip to close the top and hang on a ring for feeding.

My horse has an outdoor stall to escape sun, bugs and weather, but when we feed hay in thereHe drags it all outside and makes a muddy dirty area hard to clean. Not any more!This hay bag works perfectly that he pulls pieces from it and only small spillage inside the outdoor stall itself. No more raking and shoveling leftover heavy wet dirty hay area! Yay!

I like everything about this hay bag except the mesh. If I had read the description I would have known about it, but I didn’t, and the mesh is not visible in the picture. If you want to put the hay bag in your vehicle or in the trailer tack room you are going to end up with fine particles of hay all over everything. I need a second one but I’m going to look for one that is solid.

This hay net is exactly what I was hoping for! It's perfect for my new horse Peanut! Planning to get her name embroidered on it as well! Used it this weekend for hauling her home.** Update 10/28 **So my horse somehow managed to get her foot through the hole for the hay and stuck her hoof all the way through the bottom and had herself stuck in it for an unknown amount of time between nightfall and the next morning. If you’re using this make sure your horse is not extremely athletic, or if so, the hay net is superbly far up because they can and will have an accident. The mesh itself broke apart from the actual firm part of the bag, but the fabric never tore. The fabric stayed intact and trapped my horses leg their the entire time. She thankfully is a calm horse and didn’t freak out so I managed to get it unhooked and her safely removed without much trouble. I will say this is the sturdiest hay net you could possibly ask for. I am debating buying another one because I’m so fond of it, but I’m also reluctant because my horse is a trouble making monster who likes to give me premature grey hair. To each their own. Still would recommend.

Better than I was expecting! Great bag and fits hay in it well! I use this for my goats and it’s safer than the net bags! It’s been very sturdy and has stayed clean and a good color!

I bought these for my goats and they worked great until my pig decided to rip it down and tear it up! They do not hold up to pigs! They did keep getting knocked down before and my goats are peed on them. I feel like that was more to do with the hook my husband used vs the actually bag. Overall a great hay bag if you don't have pigs!

Very pretty, hurricane blue is nicer and slightly deeper than image shown. Seems well made. Can't tell from photo, but bottom, sides and bottom half of back are mesh. Works fine and less annoying to fill as the woven rope cheap hay bags. No strings or broken seams. I expect it to have a normal life expectancy, only reason I needed a new one is my stuff always mysteriously disappears at the boarding stable. I doubt I'd ever been inclined to wash it but if I do I'll update review with how it came through. My horse had no comment on aesthetics just was contently able to eat hay.
