I used this for a 2 month old calf and worked perfectly. It does start to fray a little when you tie it to something and the calf moves a lot.

These are a great size for miniature calves. They are durable and light weight as not to be overpowering on the calf's face. Being made of poly they are easily rinsed off when they become soiled. The length of the lead is perfect for leaving on the calf in a controlled environment for ease in catching when starting in halter and lead. We also order these to send home with new calf purchases. They are light enough they an be worn along with a halter when training.

we had a calf get on the other side of the fence and had to get him back to his mom and if we didn’t have this it wouldn’t have been good literally a life saver!! only complaint is that when he was trying to get away the snout part went up to his eyes… which isn’t bad bc it still stayed on all in all best 5 bucks i’ve ever spent!!
