I like the grill overall, but I don't LOVE it. I put it together myself, it was easy. The cord could be longer, but I'll manage with an extension cord if I decide to keep it. The heat up process was simple and easy. I purchased a wood chip container to sit on grill plates while I cook to help flavor my food. I grilled whole lobsters and chicken drum sticks as my first cook. I noticed there's no vents on the hood for smoking meat. I'm also missing out on that charcoal flavor I love when grilling. I'm still debating if this is something I want to keep. It was so expensive. I'm not sure if overall it was worth the $800+ dollars. That's a lot of money for an electric grill, regardless of the brand name. I bought this to put on my apartment balcony. I can't say that I would recommend it either, but only because of the cost. I would have to say, try the Weber Q2400 instead.
