I use MINT which uses t-mobil towers and there are not many around me. Reception was terrible and calls got dropped. With this I get 5 bars of 5g!The unit does get hot though. I have it set so a lot of air can get around it - more than it would get if I used their cradle.

It barely adds any amplification to the cell signal. Which is disappointing because I have a different cell phone amplifier model of the same brand that works great.

I have noticed less drop in 4g and 5g network while on the highway.

From what I understand, this is a decent unit but my workplace has horrible cell service and this did little to improve it. I put the antenna outside the window with little effect. Bummer

I get signal in remote areas that I work, but the inside antenna needs to be stronger, I had to put my phone right up in it to get the best service
