Pros: Worked reasonably well at a campground with a very weak signal - half a bar on a good day, no signal on a bad one, (measured at about -120 dBm on my iPhone). The amplifier got it up to 2-3 bars (low -90's/high -80's) using a homemade antenna (LPDA) on a 35 foot tower - although not strong enough for much internet data during the busy time of day when the cell tower reduced power. Still, phone & text went through dependably and the coverage was sufficient for our camping trailer.Cons: Did have one persistent and significant issue. For some reason the unit repeatedly blew its power supply. I went through 3 or 4 inexpensive usb-A power supplies. Grounding directly to campground water pipe seemed to help, but this happened at the end of our stay so not really a long term test.

We live in a location with very poor cell phone service. Without a booster you can forget using the phone.We are both in poor health and this phone is very important to us. The booster works well and we are very proud of it. Mildred Miller
