First time getting a weck jar, so I canโt compare, but I have no complaints. It is perfect for what I got it for, feels like quality. It was recommended to me by a friend, and I personally want to get more.

This is a great jar. The only thing is I hoped it would be bigger than a 15 oz Mason jar. It actually hold a teeny bit less.

Designed for easy access, large enough and very easy to clean. These jars have made my Sourdough baking easier. Love the glass lids.

Loved this jar for making my sourdough starter. Iโm new to this but wanted a wide mouth jar to make my starter. It works beautifully. The only con: the price was high for only one jar. Will however purchase another to use in my on going sour dough baking. ;)

I picked up this jar specifically for sourdough what I like the most is that there are no grooves for the sourdough starter to get stuck. This jar is so easy to keep clean so well-made and so durable. I know I will have this for years to come.
