I tried putting this together with all my might and like many it doesnt seem to combine correctly. The handle never sits snugly onto the pole and the weed pulling mechanism always comes off. There is a included pin but i for the life of me could never get it to be installed. There were no instructions for the correct item it seems the instructions are for a different version of this item. I do not recommend this item for anyone who wants something that willl work right out the door. I was able to get 2-3 good weed pulls before i gave up on using it as the effort made pulling by hand way easier.

I rent a home that has gravel in a large walkway and terrible weed growth. It's extremely uncomfortable to pick the weeds on your knees on the gravel, therefore the task gets overlooked, leaving an unsightly mess. This has come to the rescue! We can now weed without ruining our knees and back. Handle feels a big flimsy but completes the job without issue. I love it!

Pros:1. Comes with Weed remover with rod and a small one which you can use for digging, removing weeds, etc.2. I was able to pull out small weeds but had to bend downCons:1. The pole itself is weak and doesn’t look like can take lot of pressure2. Was not able to pull out large weeds as I don’t have confidence in the pole’s strength

I have tired several options to remove weeds and most of them required cutting vs. getting them at the root. I had doubt about this weeder, but decided to give it a try. I was a bit surprised when this arrived. The box was much smaller than I expected. The head seemed heavy duty, but the pole and assembly seemed a bit on the cheap side and I felt it might not hold up. I used a mallet and channel lock to get the unit put together and once completed, it seams like it should hold up to rough outdoor use..I took the unit outdoors and tested in on several of my weeds. To my surprise, this actually works great. It removed every weed I tested it on with the roots. intact. It was also extremely easy to use and took minimal effort. I am sold. This worked great for me.
