Construction quality is very good. Nice welds, thick steel, good powder coat finish. Solid. Long and comfortable pad. Looks great. The leg attachment is less useful than I thought it would be, but that’s on me. Overall, a very nice bench.

It came securely packaged and was easy for my husband and I to assemble. The angle adjustment is very smooth, the cushions are comfortable, and the integrated wheels make it easy to move around our home gym. It's just what we were looking for!

* been using for a few weeks and maybe I'm too hard on it so adding a star. The wobbliness is irrelevant as I put rubber mats down, and so far I've incline dumbbell pressed 300lb on it. The adjustment pins are getting harder to thread and unthread which I'm going to put some anti seize on the threads maybe. The cover has become a little loose like other reviews have stated but that's not a real concern as it's not ripped yet. What's good:-Fast shipping-Sale price was good-easy to put togetherWhat's not good:-Welds-Leg rollers-Cover quality-SturdinessI bought this because of the style of adjustments and to do ab work as well as use on my smith machine and for seated lat work. It claims it has a capacity of 1200lb but that seems impossible. The pins aren't even hardened they're basically pot metal and the incline/decline adjustment bar with the angle measurements on it is flimsy. It's easy to put together, took me about 10 minutes. I tried it to do some angled dumbbell front raise trap work and the thing was rocking all over. I didn't weigh it but it's very light maybe 55lb. Idk if mine is warped but it wobbles. I mentioned the welds but they aren't even complete, the penetration is shallow so I would not trust this thing for heavy lifting. The leg rollers are super cheap. They aren't going to hold up. The design of the pivot is poor, you have to take the adjustment knob completely out to change the angle and put it back in.I had high hopes for it but If I could do it again I would just get a major lutie or just spend the $320 and buy the rep fitness 3000 fid if you need something heavy duty with leg rollers. I've been buying stuff for a home gym for a while and I recommend just buying a heavy high quality bench instead of the best deal. Buy once, cry once.To be clear I also didn't expect this to be commercial gym quality for a couple hundred bucks. However I also didn't expect it to be this entry level at $289.I will say another reason I ordered this is the back pad is a good narrow width for benching and dumbbell flys. It's much better than my powertec machine bench.

There was some damage to the shipping box, the product is okay. It is easy to assemble and takes only about 20 mins. Many other chairs are too high, leaving people about 5' 4" with their feet dangling. But this chair, with its 18-inch height, is relatively low and good for shorter folks. It is easy to adjust angle and strong enough to handle heavy weight. I've never tried more than 300 pound though. There is one cons, I don't know if it's just mine, but the seat cover was slack. People might think I put in serious effort on this bench.
