I’m really happy with this bench. It is very sturdy and the padding is comfortable. It’s adjustable for incline, decline and flat bench and locks into place very well. The wheels make it easy to move around. It’s very well designed and a great price for this type of quality. Great bench!

I was looking for an elevated workout routine bench, which can lean back as well, and I found this value to the money. It does have all the functions needed for a home workout. Important to know that there is so much space at home that you can spare for a gym so as smart compact bench helps a lot I like the steel grade material which seems to and triangular structure. There are three seating positions and eight backrest positions which goes all the way to from 90 to 15°. The steel paint is mat finished and leather covering seems to be tougher than what normally is. There are two wheels which can be used to lift up from the one side and move around. The assembling part was easy enough you just have to pull it out from the box with is the set of guide. Lastly, I would like to mention that the back fit height is 6‘5“. I hope it lasts longer.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now. I bought this because it was an upgrade from my current one which doesn’t allow me to do an incline bench press.This allows me to do an inclined bench press along with supporting a lot more weight than I could’ve imagined. It’s very sturdy, and I was also easy to build. The fold ability is there, but it’s not really important to me because I have a stationed, but if you really wanted to fold it down, I guess you could make it a little bit more compact.Overall, a really nice bench!

I bought this because my previous bench couldn’t lay completely flat, but this one meets my needs perfectly. It offers three adjustable angles, allowing me to do flat bench presses comfortably. The bench is also very stable with no wobbling—really satisfied!

The flat part of the bench doesn't set under the hooks all the way and if you want to go from flat to incline you have take out a safety pin and then move it up which is quite the hassle from just pinpull adjustments. Think I might return this for a differently designed one. Even on the flat it wobbles a decent amount and it's brand new.

I wasn't sure if this should get 3 or 4 stars, and went with 4 strictly because of the price. A really good bench usually runs twice as much. And... this is not as good as one of those (comparing directly to a rogue adjustable). It is however, very usable, and I could totally see going with this for a budget friendly gym build. What separates this from the more pricey ones? It's rocks a little bit from side to side. It's not as solid feeling. I very much doubt the 1300 claim, when I've got a bench with more solid components that has a 700 capacity. The steel rails are not thicker, so I'm not sure what's allowing this to hold that much weight... The cushioning feels like it might give out in a few year.That said, assembly was good. The adjustments are pretty easy and smooth. It does what you need an adjustable bench to do. I wish it was designed to fold away easier, but at this price, that's the only thing I would have liked to see. The rest all make sense for the price point.if you have the money, maybe get a higher end bench, since they tend to pay for themselves in longevity. However, most people will probably find this bench more than adequate.

I recently purchased this workout bench and it was delivered right on time, which was a great start. The assembly process was a breeze—the instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included. It took me less than 30 minutes to set it up on my own. The bench is comfortable and sturdy. The padding is firm yet supportive, making it perfect for various exercises, from bench presses to sit-ups.The only thing to watch out is that it might be shaky if you don't tight the screws up enough. I made the mistake at the first place but luckily corrected it.All in all, It’s easy to assemble, comfortable to use, and solidly built. If you’re looking for a reliable addition to your home, I recommend this one!

It is so easy to assemble. The directions are clear and precise.I do personal training in my home and needed a sturdy bench that was long enough for taller people. Nothing is worse than your head hanging off the top of the bench. The bench itself is very sturdy, no wobbling while in use, easy to adjust, and lightweight enough to move around my livingroom with no trouble. It seems to be a thicker padding than most benches, which makes it more comfortable to lie on.

Great bench for our home gym！ Easy to put together and very sturdy. We have been using it for a month now, it doesn’t wobble even with heavy weights. The padding is just right to provide support. And most importantly it can be folded up very easily when I need extra space.

Decided to take a chance on this bench. I knew it was risky with it only having one review. Regretting it as I suspected I would. Out of the boxes thing was pretty banged up. Decided to try to put it together anyways to see how it would hold up. As I pieced it together I found more problems. Once I got to the end I found an issue that makes it unusable. You fold up a bracket up and put a pin through a hole to lay this thing horizontally. The holes do not align and I can't even put the pin through to safely fasten this bench for a completely flat position. It's actually unusable. Stay away this bench should be removed.
