A few years ago, I installed a wall charger for my Tesla, which at peak draws 48A. Since my residence is rated for only 60A, I always worry that my fuses might blow during charging. So far, this hasn’t happened because, in the summer, I usually limit my car’s charging current to no more than 30A. In the winter, I can use the full 48A since, even with the rest of my home’s power consumption, the total stays within the 60A limit.Still, I prefer to keep spare fuses on hand, just in case. In the comparison photo I uploaded, the fuses I currently use are on the right, while these new ones are on the left. I thoroughly compared their physical and technical specifications, and they are identical. This is exactly what I need for my home.The price is also significantly lower than what I’ve paid for fuses before, so I ordered them without hesitation.
