Very breathable and protects the hand well. I saw someone say it left a yellow residue on their hand so I decided to wash it upon receipt. It changed colour, I'm really liking this earthy colour look over the original yellow. I used powder soap. The washing also got rid of the goat skin smell. It went back to the original yellow when dried. Good purchase

My 3rd pair. They last me about a year with heavy use. Once they get wet they do shrink a fair amount. So soft and very comfortable.

These thing are great, stay put due to the Velcro wrist straps, have leather only where you need it, and breathe, so your hands don’t sweat as bad as full leather.

I can burn through gloves very quickly. I can be hard on them, they get soaked with sweat, get stiff, crispy and then break down. My first purchase of this particular glove was a few years ago. It became misplaced in some choas around my house and I found them agian about 6 months ago. I recalled how much I favored them. So I quickly ordered another pair - just in case and for the dozens of gloves in my garage, these are still my go to's for any sort of work. They simly fit, they last and they are always comfortable.

This is a quality made glove from the USA. It is water resistant enough for most jobs working in the rain or in wet conditions. Sizing is accurate for a nice snug fit - great for jobs that require dexterity. Quality leather and neoprene materials, does not look or feel cheap like some trash off temu or whatever.

These gloves are physically light and soft. They feel great and are easy to open and close. I say that because more durable gloves take a while to break-in. These are also what I would call light to wait and find out durability. What do I mean by that? Light to medium duty only. Don't go cutting down mesquite trees at the ranch with them. I do work on a ranch and you would find out that soft stuff doesn't cut it. Great gloves for what I would call Foreman glove. You know, the guy at a jobsite checking everyone's work with the cleanest gloves. That isn't an insult to Foreman or the gloves. It is setting the expectation that these are functional and comfortable. I wouldn't use these in heavy brush, where crushing could be a factor, or while using anything sharp.

#1 you're all wondering- the waterproof-ness. It's strong. it may not be perfect, but my use cvase is extreme working grounds crew at a baseball park. Technically there was only one time I felt MAYBE some water trickle in- but we're talking after fire-hosing the gloves off to get mud off, or i might have taken them off briefly and exposign my hands and then putting them back in which caused it. EITHER case, the water protection is impressive and nearly if not perfect here.NOTE: I purchased waterproof gardening grippy gloves which were even better than these gloves for the water protection, but these gloves are better for more intense physical labor and machine/toosl handling situations than those.#2 One day I was usinga knife to help dig up some drain covers on the field and trim back some grass/dirt at those drain covers. In doing so, there were a couple times I inadvertently had the blade touch these gloves which reminded me of their "cut/tear" protection claim. So yes- thes have that as well and after the initial inadvertent contact, I did not fear any issues with that- of course I wouldn't test it by running a hacksaw or branch trimmer against them.. but if they were end of life and i were curious, i wouldn't hesitate to give it an initial try in a safe manner.#3 although my hadns never got cold while wearing these, i woudl say i am slightly less conf8ident about these in extremer wet/cold climates to keep my hands warm vs the waterproof/grippy gardening gloves i bought. But I also occasionally took those gloves off to let my hands breathe and "air them out" a bit too. Again, my use case is extreme so for any normal gardening/outdoor work use where you're only concerned about non torrential/flood rains - these will more than do.z#4 tool/heavy machinery use (and in my case that meant a lot of digging, shoveling, digging up drain covers, mowers, weedeaters, dirt/clay tillers, pulling up grass/weeds in a wet clay/dirt field for hours...) these did fairly well. I did feel at one point that maybe I was developing a callous or blister- but I nevr actually got one.#5 comfort. EXCELLENT. Easy to put on (even with latyers, a thick watch, bracelets, etcl) and easy to tighten with the velcro. I beliebve the sleeves had elastic material that extended so it also provided a decent seal- without being too extreme to be difficult to work with.I'm super glad I bought these gloves and in the end, except for torrential downpours and tarp pull days, i ended up preferring these over the gardening style gloves. It also depended on the work we had to do that day, but I found these easier to work with and plenty strong for most tougher jobs with tools and more intense physical work.

Comfortable, good work gloves. They absorb moisture and stain easily, but they are not a fashion item. The mesh back probably cools a little, but working in the sun resulted in lots of perspiration on my hands that did not go away. The velcro closure is terrific to keep dirt out and make the gloves fit just right on your wrist. They look like they will last a long time - not fall apart like cheapo gloves do. I would buy these again.

Believe it or not these are some of the toughest gloves I've found at this price point and they outlast some of the more expensive gloves I've used. I've worn out quite a few pairs of these. Its normal for gloves to wear out.I'm a flatbed truck driver and I use my gloves for tarping, Strapping, handling lumber, and even working with diesel contaminated items all while keeping my hands protected. On average these gloves last about 4 to 6 weeks using them every day and retain their form factor even after getting soaking wet and redried. This is not the case with 100% leather gloves that I've tried that lose shape after getting wet. These gloves will mold to the shape of your hand and stay that way.The wrist straps are very comfortable and the gloves have decent breathability and are adequate for working in temperatures from 120⁰F California heat to 0⁰F Colorado snow storms depending how tough you are. That being said, these are definitely not waterproof, nor do they claim to be.Typical points of failure for these gloves are the seams along the tips of the fingers as well as the fabric along the fingers. I have rarely worn through the actual leather.Overall a decent pair of gloves and better than the original black Wells Lamont leather palmed gloves.
