Sturdy and strong. Very good value if purchased on sale. Even the wheels are high quality. Best assembly instructions I have seen in 10 years (intentional humor included). I had hoped to keep the miter saw permanently attached to the stand but found it was too unbalanced for transport or storage. I keep a 10 inch Metabo miter saw permanently attached to the mounting brackets and it turns out to be easy to carry this lightweight saw to and from wherever I set up the stand. Easy and quick to attach or detach the saw. Stand rolls easily and is simple to set up or take down. I am pleased with this purchase. Makes using the miter saw much more enjoyable.

I just purchased a compound miter saw and also bought this stand as part of a package deal. This is my first power saw of this type and I wanted a good start. I’m quite pleased with this stand. It was easy to assemble and I was impressed with the quality of the materials and engineering from the get go. I love that it‘s foldable and equipped with wheels to make it portable. A great feature because my garage doesn’t have a lot of spare space. My Skil Saw mounts perfectly to the support rails and has a very solid feel. The electrical outlet on the frame is also a helpful feature. The price was very reasonable for such a quality piece of shop equipment. Overall, I don‘t think I could have found such a perfectly matching stand of this quality for this price anywhere else.

El banco es robusto y por el precio está excelente, es muy práctico, me hubiera gustado que le pusieran ruedas para poder transportar la ingleatadora más fácil. Veo se puede adaptar muy fácilmente y su armado es sencillo.

Not wishing to use Wheels.....this solid unit can easily be carried, independent of the Mitre Saw which can be easily removed or installed with the included clamps. Very pleased with this purchase!

Set up was super easy, solid stand, folds up nicely, more stable than I expected. The only thing that I didn't like was the flat washer that came with it were really thin and cheap. Used some thicker washer and mounted the saw nicely.

I was looking for an inexpensive stand, and was looking hard at the MSA330 - the 350lb capacity stand with wheels and integrated power plug. I was really digging the dual tube sliders on each side, but made the mistake of talking myself into the upgrade 750lb capacity stand since I wasn't going to need the wheels anyway. First off - totally my fault for not looking at the pictures closer and realizing this was a single-slide design. I saw that it had a tubular build, and just assumed it was the MSA330 built sturdier and minus the extras. That's definitely on me.Cons:The single slide arm with the offset perch has never made sense to me in a rigidity standpoint. On this, it's no different. Plus, the way the tightening knobs are positioned, there's literally no way to avoid any slight tilting of the roller; If the height knob were on the adjacent side at a 90 degree angle, it would've solved that, but instead it's in line with the side to side force, meaning it's effectively just a pivot point. Is it going to matter for general cuts, or framing lumber? Likely not. But a simple change would at least make it a little better in that regard.Speaking of the roller - the stop design is near worthless. If you look at the way the stops are integrated into the rollers on the MSA330, you see a little ledge on the bottom that the material would rest on as it's being stopped. Not on this one, it's just a flat vertical surface. You get to shove your board to the stop, and... that's it. There's no real positive engagement. This is baffling to me, since their other design is built different. For all I know, they're even the same size and everything and just on a different bracket which would be even more confusing. Why make two different ones?Likewise, the rollers aren't offset, they're still centered on the post for strength. But since the slides aren't centered because of the single tube design, it means the roller is effectively offset backwards and you loose a couple inches since it's then behind the fence line when extended out.The last complaint, is just that there's no leveling ability of the stand. Again, something the MSA330 does have, and this doesn't. It's like they cut so many corners to offer a stand that has double the weight capacity but at the same price point, and it detracts from the overall quality. All my complaints aside, I was able to mount a 12" Dewalt DWS779 on it easily enough (you can't really carry it combined at that point, you definitely have to take it off to move things). It holds it fine, doesn't flex at the saw location, and as long as I had it on a solid surface, it was pretty sturdy. However, in retrospect I should've gotten the MSA330 instead. The 330 gives you the adjustable foot for leveling, the better roller stop design, dual slider system for stability, and wheels to make it easier to wheel around if you don't want to take the saw off. And what does the 750T give you in return for giving all that up? Extra weight capacity. But it got me thinking... take off 50 lbs for the saw, and what on earth piece of lumber am I (and apparently four or five friends) going to be hoisting onto this stand to cut, that requires such a capacity? Even a 350 capacity stand is still going to need a pair of people to haul anything onto it that approaches max load, and there are very few people cutting lumber like that on a saw on a stand.Unless you can find a very, very specific reason to need more than 350 lbs of total capacity on a stand like this, just stick with the MSA330 for basically the same price. You get a lot more for your buck.

I'm using this stand with a Kobalt 7-1/4" sliding mitre saw and it works well.I'd recommend it.

The first thing you SHOULD notice is the Dual Tube extensions. This is twice the support of the single square tube designs and because it is ‘spread out’ about 6 inches, makes the support MUCH MORE stable and has ZERO want of ‘twisting!” Each tube has it’s own setscrew handle too. The stock support rollers are what we call in the Engineering World, “VERY Meaty” with a good design along with the simple permanent step that you use for a material ‘bump stop.’ The handy outlet is an ‘off the shelf’ triple plug and mine actually came with an extension cord. The wheels are decent and are held onto a solid shaft with an “E” clip instead of lesser quality means. The Saw mounting is simple and clamps FAST as well as solid. The clamp action is very easy work with a mounted saw AND the ‘clamping action’ is actually adjustable for wear or preference! You can also simply pop the clamp handles ‘up,’ slid it either way to give you more length on either side and pop the handles back down. The Legs are sturdy, one has an adjustment to ‘even the stand out' on the floor and the material holder ‘fold outs’ on the legs are pretty darn “beafy” too!The few things that would make it almost perfect are a couple washers for the wheels against the “E” clips and “Stop Nuts” (plastic insert style or locking nuts) for the Handle and the mounting of the wheels. The Wheel mounts with bolts that actually also mount the Outlet’s Plastic Housing. Structurally this is acceptable, but you can’t expect a “Lock Washer” to hold without backing off from Saw vibration or rolling the thing around the yard. Trying to use a Lock Washer to fasten plastic never works anyway as the more you tighten, the more stress on the plastic, then it breaks. I replaced mine with two bolts/nuts each which was a simple step to make it so much better.Other notes: Yes, you have to take the saw off to move it. My saw alone weighs 45 pounds so I would not even attempt to leave it in place. The Saw mounting bolts are pretty small and I replaced them for my Saw. The Side supports actually move up and down at an ANGLE so instead of trying to place them precisely, get them to height and THEN simply move the saw. The saw can be located anywhere on the main tubes and with the extended tubes you can get more than 6 feet from the saw. If you need more length, or a need more strength, or you’re a contractor, this is probably not the Stand for you.PS. This is about the same as “amazon’s choice” that's about $20 more!
