Used to cover hole at drain pipe on clawfoot tub. I felt it was a bit expensive for what it is, but only one I could find to match drain pipe finish. Fit a little tight and can scratch the finish on the pipe. I lightly tapped the little teeth to loosen the fit before installing and then added a couple of dabs of silicone adhesive to hold it in place
