I have purchased these lights before and have over a hundred throughout our business. The new lights are slightly larger so the holes have to be cut larger in order for them to fit. I ordered 6 inch by mistake instead of 8 inch like I needed. I printed return label and it said postage not paid. Went to UPS and it cost me $61 to ship back for refund.

I remodeled my bathroom 2 years ago. I had an electrician friend install some lights for me. I bought these lights from a local electrical supply store and my friend installed them. Within the first two weeks one of the lights burned out. I didn't think anything of it. My friend replaced the light and I had no problem for two years. Recently another one of the lights went out. I called the West Gate customer service department to see if I could get a new light because it says there is a 5 year warranty on the box. They passed me a long to a few different people until a guy finally told me to go online and submit a claim. I submitted a claim and have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back from them. It is not that big of a deal to just buy a new one, but it is annoying because they aren't living up to their warranty. I am sure these lights are fine. I have just not had a good experience with them or the Westgate customer service. You would think that an LED light would last longer than a normal light bulb but that is not the case in my bathroom.
