I ordered two chimneys. They arrived well packaged and intact.Due to a previous reviewer, I had goo off on hand. The stickers came off and the chimneys were sturdy enough I wasn't concerned about breakage.They fit my modern bought and 50's era bases both.I am quite content with these chimneys. They look good, fit, and are sturdy.

Very inexpensive replacement for a globe that we broke. The measurements were very accurate; in fact I chose this one because the dimensions shown were complete, and as it turns out, accurate.Packaged well for transit. It is fragile, but arrived in perfect condition. Looks nice and fits right - we are using it in an electric candle. I can't comment on whether or not it would be suitable for a lantern/candle with a real flame.

I have an oil lamp that I like to use on my patio. It's a nice little lamp, but the chimney was very thin, fragile looking glass. I was cleaning it and it broke in my hands even though I was being very gentle. I bought this as a replacement, and it's the chimney that the lamp SHOULD have come with. It's much heavier duty and is a perfect fit replacement. Measure the base of your current chimney to make sure it fits, but it seems to be a pretty standard size. I take this one off to wash it off frequently without worrying about breakage. It's a great replacement!

I bought this lamp years ago at an antique store, and it has been a well-used companion through several moves. In the last move, the glass fell and shattered. I measured the base and ordered this glass chimney hoping it would do the trick, and it has worked perfectly! I came in great condition with no imperfections. It fits in the base and holds the lamp shade perfectly. Really happy with this purchase!

I believe there was a total of three stickers identifying the part number the problem is when you light your fancy Lantern the stickers cast a shadow and when you try to peel them off the backing falls apart kind of making this brand new unit worse for wear then if I would have bought it at a store nearby

I was looking to replace my oil lamp chimney cause I broke mine washing it. It was so thin that I just barely tried to wash some black off and it shattered in my hand. At the time I bought it (over 20 years ago) that's all I could find. Along comes Amazon and I found this. Cheap and super fast shipping. And it's much much stronger than my old one. I can actually wash this one. Not only was it cheap it was delivered in 1 day! I really needed it because of a scheduled power outage. This thing works great, highly recommended.
