I am a fully believer. I bought 2. Gave one to my sister. I buried it and house sold 4 months later. My sister buried hers and her home sold in 6 months. You have to be patient and continue to pray each time.

I had got this the first time when it was recommended by a friend. Our house sold nicely within 3 months. We have it again at our second home now........ hoping for St. Joseph to work his magic.I firmly believe that it works if you have trust and belief too.

My friend suggested purchasing of the St. Joseph statue to support the sale of our condo. I have to say that this did help! The only issue was that I had to purchase two because the first one 'moved' on his own. We had placed him in a potted plant outside of the front door, but one day the plant was gone!After the second purchase and placement inside the front area of the condo, we had a sales contract in 3 weeks for the full asking price. We were able to continue our move to Europe and have never looked back.Thank you to my friend who told me about it, and thank you to St. Joseph for supporting our move!

Buried St. Joseph as soon as I received it. Even though it is made of a sturdy material, I still put it in a plastic bag. The statue came with prayer card and instructions. Delivery time was just a few days. Very happy with this product.

I was having a problem getting an offer on my home...my real estate agent friend laughing told me she heard a story about a home selling kit that someone got and used and their home sold not too long after. I told her I was at my wits end and was open to trying anything...I ordered one and buried it in front of my house, read the prayer and started the Novenas. The NEXT morning a family came to tour my home... later that afternoon my agent called me with a cash offer. I was STUNNED!!!! I also kept saying the Novenas during the closing process. I accepted the buyers offer on Christmas Eve and we closed on January 4th, 2023....this is the kind of stuff you just can't make up!!!! All I can tell all of you is that IT WORKED FOR for me and my family. I definitely recommend getting the St Joseph statue kit, because, in my case, I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Amazon asked for a review on this so here it is: My mom said that by burying this statue upside down, her condo should start getting offers. It'd worked 2 other times (different statues, same Saint) so sure, why not, we had nothing to loose after price drops and 4 months on the market without much interest. She buried it in the front yard near the entrance.Shockingly, out of the blue, an offer was made 10 days later! Was it the statue or luck? Who cares?! We closed 30 days later and she dug up the statue then gave to her neighbor for his upcoming house sale. That's 3 for 3 for us, two of them were not even getting shown, all price ranges. It's not a belief thing, we're Jewish.
