20% failure rate for these blocks. And the failure is on all sides so I can't even ignore it. the pictures i sent have a good one on the left for referance

Very nice machinists blocks but came wrapped in a sticky oil to prevent rust which was a pain to clean. I did not want the oil to transfer to the work I was using them on

Value for price paid is reasonable. Dimensional accuracy is reasonable, IF you clean these blocks thoroughly when they arrive. Otherwise, the thin protective, very sticky, highly viscous protective film used during shipping by the manufacturer will produce inaccurate dimensions of .0005 to .0015. For us, these blocks required multiple cleanings to use. We cannot use these for our aerospace work & tolerances, though these blocks are acceptable for general shop use and general machining when used to determine parallel or level setups. We have not really needed or checked or used the 3/8-16 threaded holes, though threads 'look' OK.

At first glance they look like 123 blocks but the non-threaded holes do not allow 3/8 bolts to pass through so you can not use them as you would a 123 block. Someone really messed up when designing these. Search for youtube videos on chinese 123 blocks. There is a very experienced machinist who explains why these are useless.Wasted a lot of time and money on these extremely dissapointed.Steel is hardened so you cannot fix the errors, basically just paperweights.
