My son had wanted this and purchased it from somewhere else and it was a counterfeit one so he was surprised when he came home and this was waiting for him

It isn't our favorite game but its ok. If I had to buy it again I probably wouldn't. It was kind of boring.

We've been having a lot of fun with this game, it's more portable than games of similar themes like Spot it and the rules seem to be a bit more flexibleWe actually haven't played it yet according to the rules in the diagram. Either we drop the dice as a group and then try to find the most matching items before the timer runs out or we play collectively and work together to find the largest group without a time limit.Especially playing at the second way is helpful for my 6 year old to not get up besides over not being the winner as he's not as skilled at this game as some of his older siblings are. It's compact, easy to store and as everybody's skills and proof we can introduce more of the rules and dice mechanics so it's going to grow with us as a family over at least the next couple years.

I played a couple of rounds of this game with my 4 year-old. She enjoyed the game, however, the concept was a little bit difficult for her to grasp. The recommendation of being for kids 5 and older is probably a good recommendation, and the game might be best for kids even a little bit older than that.To play, you distribute the dice equally between the players (up to 4) and each roll. Each player then looks at ALL dice in play (not just the dice they rolled) and looks for EXACT matches first. If there is an exact match, the player calls out "Takamachi" (tough for my 4 year-old to say, you could probably switch it for an easier-to-pronounce word if needed) and automatically wins the round. If there are no exact matches each player attempts to quickly perceive which color or symbol there is the most of in play. The first player to call out that color or symbol does so loudly. Then flip the timer. The other players have until the timer runs out (about 10 seconds) to call out a symbol or color that there is MORE of in play than the first one called out (a tie does not count.) If there is no symbol or color more present than the original one called out, that original caller wins the round. If a player identifies a color or symbol more present, then that player wins the round. Each player then collects their dice again, but the winning player removes one of their dice from play. The first player to completely run out of their dice is the winner.Things I like:- Great, colorful dice- Dice are well-made, the symbols and colors are clear- Love the focus skill of PERCEPTION--getting kids to perceive "How Many" and "Most" quickly and accurately (I wish more kids games focused on this skill!)- Game comes in a little tin that's very easy to take on the go--slots inside for all of the dice and the timerThings that could be better:- One or two rounds is all you'll get out of this game before most kids will decide they are done- Might not be some kids' cup of tea at all (pretty simple compared to a lot of kids games)Overall, I think this is a good game! I don't think it will be one of my kids' favorites, but definitely one I'll encourage that we get out and play from time to time to practice our skills of perception.

This game was not very fun. We played with it but made our own games up!

This dice game is fun and great for friends and family of all ages. No reading is required (you're identifying shapes and colors as quickly as possible), so it's accessible for many people. Rules are simple and straightforward to explain and grasp, getting you to gameplay quickly. Large groups get loud and fun, smaller groups will be engaged. The game is portable and easy to throw in the suitcase or bag for a trip.

Brought this game to a camping trip and this was a hit, especially with the little ones. All this game requires is being able to recognize shapes and colors—making it great for younger kids.

This is a neat game. We have modified it a little so that my blind friend can play with us as well. The fact that they are tactile dice makes it easy for him to feel what shape they are. We haven't figured out a way for him to tell the color just yet, but we are working on it.
