I love this as an alternative to PF bottom brackets. Well constructed and easy to install though I did end up buying a matching socket for my torque wrench. Installs in minutes. I swapped mine just before a day-long ride and have not had a single problem. Little more than I initially wanted to spend but seems like a better alternative to press-fit.

With the right tool, this was reasonably easy to install. My LBS recommended this BB since it threads into itself. My OEM SRAM self destructed after about 6 years and 30K miles. Never had a BB fail before. At least I'm not losing watts now!

This is 2 piece design that threads together in the middle. The 2 halves squeeze the frame when you thread them together. So you get light press fit and compression. That equals no creaking for me.

This was a good replacement for my PF30 bottom bracket.Had it for a year and put 2500 miles on it and the bearings started getting loose. I reused the shell and pressed in new bearings.Would suggest to get the one with better bearings.

Seems like a good product. Full alloy threaded sleeve. I'm not quite convinced this was the best product for my carbon fiber road bike yet. In full disclosure, I have not put any miles on it. It definitely is of higher quality than my original pf30 bb. I definitely needed 2 wrenches to install snuggly. May put some locktite on the threads since I'm not sure how this product will act while traveling hundreds of miles. I can definitely tell the bearings are abec3 but they do need time to wear and seat themselves. I'll report back on the product once I have more miles. Otherwise, I can't fault it other than the unknown issue that may or may not arise in the future.Update: bb feels great and snug. Had some good sprints and the crank felt solid and strong. So far so good! As stated, this product is 100% better the the original plastic bb on my road rig. 5 stars.

Wheels makes outstanding bottom brackets. This one requires a bit of patience--particularly on a 68mm BB shell--because you need to do quite a bit of cranking to thread it tight. But the benefits of the security this provides versus a true press-fit (plastic) bottom bracket far outweigh the extra effort required.
